Are you ready to start engaging in physical activity with confidence?

"Start where you are: Moving with confidence" tells the inspiring story of professional cyclist Alex Dowsett and two others living with haemophilia. 

They all embrace trying new physical activities, staying active while managing their condition and want to motivate the community to be confident in trying out a new physical activity.
