The Confidence Factor

Living with haemophilia can bring moments of uncertainty – whether it’s due to concerns about protection, pain, or other challenges in daily life.

Taking an active role in understanding, monitoring and managing your haemophilia, can help you to remove uncertainty and build confidence - especially with the help of your care team.

As someone with haemophilia, trying something new, such as a new sport, or embarking on a trip, can feel intense. As a parent supporting a child with haemophilia, giving your kids more independence with their haemophilia management, can also be daunting. But with the right steps and support from your care team, you can move forward and "live with confidence" with haemophilia.

Explore our series of inspiring video stories and infographics that show it’s possible to live life with confidence, along with practical tips to help you towards achieving it.
